The humble beginnings of CM2000 started in our CEO’s attic office back in 1999. Having identified a need for electronic monitoring in the care sector, Peter persuaded his friend Chris Jackson to join him and write the software. In 2001 they took their first office premises, moving to the current offices in Four Oaks House in 2005. In 2012 CM2000 expanded, opening an additional office in Scotland.
In the early days the benefits of visit monitoring were just starting to be understood and CM2000 were processing small amounts of data. Our first major contract, Dumfries and Galloway, was won in 2001. Dumfries and Galloway have remained a customer since and have been early adopters of many of CM2000’s innovations.
Today CM2000 works in partnership with 96 Local Authorities and over 1000 care Providers across the UK.
