CM2000 launch Welsh White Paper at National Social Services Conference

Technology for health and social care in walesCM2000 are launching their new Welsh White Paper “Technology to help transform health and social care services” at the National Social Services Conference taking place on 28 / 29 June in Llandudno.

The prestigious event, which this year has the theme of ‘Working together for a positive future’, attracts Directors of Social Services from across Wales, as well as industry stakeholders.

President of ADSS Cymru, Dave Street, highlighted the many challenges facing the sector and noted that “finding new ways to transform and improve service delivery has become more important than ever”.

CM2000’s paper explores how technology can help with some of those challenges, including tools to support outcomes-based commissioning, market shaping, capacity management and prevention.

Those visiting CM2000 at stand F will be given a £5 charity token which can be donated to one of three Welsh charities. CM2000’s customers were asked to nominate local charities. Thanks to their feedback we’re collecting for St David’s Hospice, Advocacy Support Cymru and Ty Gobaith / Hope House Children’s Hospice.

If you’re not visiting the event but would like a copy of the White Paper please email maria.booth@cm2000.co.uk or call 0121 308 3010.
