03 July 2017 / Categories: News Quality Compass gives Service Users and their circle of support a voice on care quality CM2000 are delighted to add Quality Compass to their suite of care management solutions. This easy-to-use online tool allows customised questionnaires to be created and distributed quickly and efficiently, both to Service Users and their circle of support (family members, friends, social workers and GPs). Councils can use Quality Compass to gain feedback across all their Providers, giving valuable insight into quality and Service User satisfaction and informing commissioning decisions. The tool is also useful for individual Providers who want to be proactive in evidencing Services Users’ views of care provision – information which can be incredibly helpful for CQC inspections. Quality Compass gives a voice to the people who matter most and is a great tool for driving up quality. By giving Service Users and their circle of support a direct, confidential channel to feed back their experience, you can use survey results to help improve services and share examples of good practice. Gloucestershire County Council and the NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group were instrumental in the development of the solution. Chris Haynes, Commissioner for Learning Disabilities at GCC, said “Using the low-cost Quality Compass, the Council can regularly get feedback about the services it commissions with low administrative requirements. The process captures and analyses a wide range of opinions from those who know a Service User best.” To find out more contact CM2000 on 0121 308 3010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Previous Article CM2000 launch Welsh White Paper at National Social Services Conference Next Article Join the Disability Services Knowledge Exchange Print 3108 Rate this article: No rating Please login or register to post comments.
